Administration

Roger Tapping deals with all administrative duties at the Practice by maintaining accurate records to ensure an efficient and friendly service, which our clients enjoy and expect. His prime responsibility is to ensure that routines are properly executed at all times, that adequate resources are available and that the flow of information is properly managed and co-ordinated.

Design

Adrian Hutt qualified in 1975 as an RIBA Registered Chartered Architect and a Registered Project Manager. He established the present Practice in 1981. His prime responsibility is to ensure that commissions are well designed and properly executed to the quality required, within the available budget and to the agreed programme.


George Coombey-Jones 01905 355309

Design

George Coombey-Jones qualified as an Architect in 1983 after several years as a technician at various levels. Widely experienced in Crown and Ministry of Defence projects he joined the Practice in 1998. His prime responsibility is for project design, management of the drawing office output and to ensure that all aspects of a project are fully integrated into the agreed programme.

Design

The technical members of the team are responsible for design input and technical conversion of the initial sketch schemes to computer produced drawings (CAD).
From humble beginnings the project will progress through the various RIBA Stages of Planning, Building Regulations, Tender Production and Construction to completion.
Advice can be given, when required, on Listed Building status, Conservation Areas, Landscape Architecture, SAP calculations and many more specialised topics.
